Del Oro began the long post season road with five champions and three runner ups at the SFL Tournament. Del Oro was able to place all thirteen wrestlers in the top 6 and move on to the Division 1 Tournament at Pleasant Grove HS next week. Christian Perez (122 lbs) and Siraj Sidhu repeated as league champions; Sidhu has now won three SFL titles in three attempts. Nate Mitchell (115 lbs), Cooper Sheesley (146 lbs), and Evan Hilmen (177 lbs) won their weight classes to cinch their first league title.
