Clovis, CA- Siraj Sidhu, Issac Herrera, Jagger French, and Kainoa Acia traveled south to Clovis HS (Clovis, CA) to compete in the brutal Doc Buchanan Invitational Wrestling Tournament. The Doc B is a nationally recognized tournament and attracts teams from 17 states across the country. Siraj started the tournament as the #12 seed at 108 lbs and upset the #5 seed Josiah Maestas of SLAM Academy (Las Vegas, NV) In the second round before dropping a close match to the #4 Sean Wilcox of St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA). Siraj won three of his next four matches to finish 5th, including a 3-1 win over Wilcox in the 5th place match. Kainoa Acia (197 lbs) went 3-2 and finished one match out of placing. Also competing were Jagger French (2-2) and Issac Herrera (0-2).
