| DESC: | Summer is here! There will be seven camps held at the Del Oro High School tennis courts. For those beginners, technique, scoring, and tennis etiquette will be the targets for learning. Intermediate and advanced players will expand and enrich their knowledge of strategy, stroke production, footwork, and motivation. The most current footwork training techniques will be used. Campers will be separated into groups according to their abilities. Camps will be run by Coach Tom & Jen Isaac. These coaches create unique camps where the goal is to make every person feel special and teach them how to “enjoy the journey” through tennis. Daily pep talks are a cornerstone of these camps. On the last day of camp is prize day and every camper earns a prize. They have been the current coaches for the Del Oro Tennis Program where SFL League Team Champions (2006, 2009 Boys -2006, 2013, 2017 Girls) and Sac Joaquin Section Team Champions (2009 Boys- 2013, 2018 & 2019 Girls) have been produced.
